  • OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    • Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they apply to the sale and supply of goods by us to you through our website.  They include important sales and products information relating to our goods and form the basis of any agreement between us should you wish to proceed with an order.
    • To protect your own interests, please read these terms and conditions carefully before agreeing to them. If you are uncertain as to your rights under them or you want an explanation about them please contact us on 01429 224655. Once you have read them and if you wish to proceed with a purchase, click the "I Agree" button and you will be able to proceed with any order.
    • You may save these terms and conditions for your future reference by clicking FILE-> SAVE in your internet browser.
  • BASIS OF AGREEMENT
    • We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods in accordance with these terms and conditions.
    • You must be over 18 years of age and resident in the United Kingdom to proceed with an order.  By placing an order for goods with age restrictions you declare that you are of legal age to purchase those goods.
    • We will acknowledge receipt of your order without undue delay by e-mail.
    • No order submitted by you is accepted by us until we confirm by e-mail its acceptance. No contract shall exist between you and us until we confirm our acceptance of your order in this way.   Please note that our acknowledgement of receipt of your order.  Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at which time a legally binding contract between us will come into existence.
  • DESCRIPTION

All descriptions of our goods do not form part of any contract. If you require any further details of any of our goods, please contact us by e-mail, providing details of the additional information needed. However, if you buy goods which we will at your option either replace the goods or accept their return and refund any money paid for the goods. We will bear any necessary costs incurred in replacing goods that are not as described. Goods sold at discount prices as remnants or as substandard stock will be identified as such. Such goods may not necessarily be in a perfect condition and you should check these goods are of satisfactory condition for your particular use and requirement.

  • PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
    • The price and availability of our goods is shown on the relevant page on our website detailing the goods. This price includes VAT.
    • We will confirm to you any applicable delivery costs when we accept your order.  It may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.
    • If goods are unavailable or we need to vary the price to take account of any changes in taxes or errors or omission in the price displayed on our website, we shall notify you by e-mail and allow you an opportunity to cancel your order.
  • PAYMENT
    • We accept payment by credit and debit card.
    •  We will only deduct payment from your credit or debit card when we despatch the goods to you.
    • If we do not receive any payment on the due date then we may delay delivery of the goods until such payment is received by us.
  • OWNERSHIP

The goods will only be owned by you once we have received payment in full.

  • DELIVERY
    • You must ensure that you complete our order form so as to give us any information to enable us to deliver the goods.
    • We will deliver the goods within a maximum of 30 days beginning with the day following that on which you submit your order to us (unless you exercise your right to cancel our agreement before we arrange delivery).
    • As soon as we have delivered the goods to you, you will be responsible for them.
    • If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
  • OUR GUARANTEE
    • We will supply goods which are free from defects in materials for a period of 3 months from the date of delivery.
    • You are asked to examine the goods as soon as is reasonably possible after delivery and notify us of any damage/defect as soon as practicable after the defect is discovered and where they have not been installed return them to us or contact 01429 224655.
    • Provided you tell us within a reasonable time after discovery of the damage/defect we will at your option either: -
      • replace the defective/damaged goods at our cost; or
      • refund to you the price paid by you for the goods.
    • This guarantee is provided by us. It applies to goods supplied by us within the United Kingdom only. Nothing in this guarantee affects any of your statutory rights as a consumer, details of which are set out in below..
  • LIMITS OF LIABILITY
    • We will accept all liability if something we do causes death or personal injury. We will also accept all liability for damage to your property if the cause is our fault.
    • Provided you are not purchasing the goods for business purposes, we are also responsible for loss caused by:-
      • the goods not matching our description of them;
      • the goods not being of the quality you would expect for this type of good;
      • the goods not being fit for their purpose; or
      • us not having the legal right to sell the goods to you.
    • Other than the liability we have accepted as described above, we will not be liable for any losses that you suffer as a result of any breach of our agreement except those losses which are a foreseeable consequence of the breach. In particular, since the goods are provided to you as a consumer, we cannot accept responsibility for any losses related to any business of yours such as lost data, lost profits or other business loss that you may incur as a result of any breach of our agreement.
    • Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
  • YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
    • If for any reason you are unhappy with all or any of the goods received, you can return any of them to us for an exchange or refund, provided each is returned to us at Binit UK Ltd. PO Box 322 Hartlepool TS24 4EN within 30 days from the date of order or seven working days from the day after you receive the goods (whichever is longer) with our completed cancellation form (provided with the goods). You shall be responsible for the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of goods which do not correspond with the contract of sale such as faulty, damaged, misdescribed or wrongly supplied goods. We shall use reasonable endeavours to replace damaged goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason under these terms and conditions, our only obligation is to refund the full amount paid by you.
    • You have a right to cancel our agreement without penalty and without giving any reason and this right can be exercised by forwarding to us at info@binit.org a notice of cancellation within the time limits set out below. At the end of these terms and conditions is a form of cancellation which you may use but we will accept any other form of cancellation provided it is addressed to us and adequately identifies you and the goods. Please also quote the relevant order reference number (which you can find on our order confirmation).
    • You may exercise this right to cancel within seven working days beginning on the day after you receive (or the person you have asked us to deliver to receives) the goods;
    • Where we are unable to fulfil your order within 30 days we:-
      • shall inform you and repay any sum paid by you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of us informing you that we cannot fulfil your order;
    • You have no right to cancel where goods are provided to your specification and/or are clearly personalised.
    • If you cancel under this paragraph 10, you must return to us the goods at your cost and risk, we will refund all sums paid by you as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of you giving us notice of cancellation. We may however charge you our direct costs of recovering the goods if you fail to return them or return them at our cost. This does not apply if you return goods because they are of unsatisfactory quality.
    • If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
    • Once you have notified us that you are canceling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
  • STATUTORY RIGHTS
    • As a consumer you have certain statutory rights regarding statements made by us or our representatives, the return and the replacement of defective or misdescribed goods and the performance of services, as well as claims in respect of losses caused by our negligence or our failure to carry out our obligations. In certain circumstances you may require us to reduce the price you have paid for defective or misdescribed goods or cancel your contract with us. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects those statutory rights.
    • You also have certain statutory rights under the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 because we are advertising and selling goods online. If we do not comply with these Regulations you have certain remedies. These terms and conditions do not affect your remedies under those Regulations.
    • For further information about your statutory rights, please contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizens' Advice Bureau.

Our website is operated and controlled from the United Kingdom and these terms and conditions and sale and our supply of goods to you is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant part of the United Kingdom.

  • DISTANCE SELLING

These terms and conditions are intended to be consistent with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended) and nothing in them is intended to impose on you any duty or liability additional to those specified in those Regulations. If you would like a copy of these Regulations, they can be obtained from the Department of Trade and Industry.

  • PRIVACY POLICY
      • This website is owned and operated by Binit UK Limited.
      • Information that we obtain from you will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy.
  • SECURITY

We have appointed an agent to collect credit card payments for the goods from you on our behalf. All credit card transactions conducted from this website are carried out over a secure link for your security. By transmitting your credit card details, you agree to our agent using your details for the purposes of:-

      • authorising your credit card;
      • debiting your credit card account for such of our goods you buy; and
      • advising us that payment has been made.
  • EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

  • INVALIDITY

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

  • ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
